Our Journey
Workshops
Connexa began a little over three years ago with workshops focused on personal growth, self-understanding, and meaningful exchange between participants. From the beginning, each experience was shaped by the questions, perspectives, and contributions shared within the group.
As the workshops developed, the team grew naturally through this shared work. Over time, Connexa expanded to bring together psychological knowledge, practical tools, communication, group-based learning, and psychosocial research, while maintaining the same curiosity and collaborative spirit that inspired its beginnings.

30th August 2026
Workshop in Stockholm: Personality and Self-Knowledge. A one-day workshop conducted in Spanish. Through the perspective of the Enneagram system, we will explore the different personality types we encounter in everyday life and reflect on how we relate to ourselves and others. The aim is to gain a better understanding of our own patterns and those of the people around us.

23rd of August 2026
This is a one-day workshop conducted in Spanish, including lunch, fika, and a farewell aperitif. Through individual and group exercises, as well as practical tools, we create a space to share different perspectives and experiences. We will work with techniques to analyse situations, identify personal resources, and explore different ways of solving problems. The workshop combines moments of personal reflection, group exchange, and practical activities that can be applied to situations in everyday life.

6th and 7th December 2025
Workshop held in La Barra, Maldonado, focused on exploring the Enneagram and its 27 personality subtypes. Through discussion and practical activities, participants examined different patterns of behaviour and reflected on how these may influence the way we interact, communicate, and respond to situations in both social and professional environments.

23rd and 24thAugust 2025
Workshops conducted in Uppsala in Spanish, introducing the Enneagram system as a tool for self-knowledge and personal development. Participants explored the different personality types, reflected on their own patterns and ways of relating to others, and worked with practical exercises designed to deepen self-understanding and encourage personal reflection.

Patricia Kenny
I am the founder and director of Connexa Minds. I hold a degree in Psychology from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) in Spain. My professional background brings together psychology, communication, psychosocial research, and the design and facilitation of learning experiences for individuals, groups, and organisations. My personal, academic, and professional experiences in Uruguay, Spain, and Sweden have shaped an intercultural perspective that informs the way I approach psychology, communication, and human relationships. I am particularly interested in how personality, identity, relationships, and social contexts influence the way we understand ourselves, relate to others, and participate in the environments around us. Through Connexa Minds, I develop workshops, research, and collaborative spaces where individuals and organisations can explore relevant questions, reflect on their experiences, and build new understandings together.

Ana Saravia
I have a university background in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Systemic Family Therapy, together with more than 20 years of experience across clinical, educational, and organisational settings. My 18-year career in Human Resources gave me the opportunity to work alongside leaders and teams in areas such as recruitment, performance management, training, and professional development. I have also worked in teaching and currently work with university students, providing guidance and counselling throughout their academic journey. I bring these experiences together with a strong foundation in systemic approaches, which encourages me to understand individuals in relation to others and within the wider contexts of which they are part. From this perspective, I facilitate processes of self-awareness, personal development, and team development, encouraging new ways of understanding ourselves and how we relate to others, with the aim of opening up possibilities for change and growth. I believe that self-awareness can be a powerful tool for transforming the way we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the teams and communities we are part of.

Graziela Cantonnet
My professional journey began with courses in Applied Child Psychology at Pedro Visca Hospital, affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine of the University of the Republic in Uruguay, during the period preceding the establishment of the Faculty of Psychology. I later worked in the Psychiatry Section of Montevideo’s Municipal Medical Service. I then went on to develop a career in sales, promotion, and tourism. Following my retirement, I returned to the study of psychology and personal development, initially training in Transactional Analysis and later specialising in the Enneagram. I obtained certifications as an Enneagram Expert and Master Practitioner through Alberto Peña Chavarino’s School of Self-Knowledge, certified by the International Enneagram Association (IEA). Today, I continue to deepen my knowledge and contribute to the fields of self-awareness and personal development, facilitating workshops as part of the Connexa Minds team.
